We have tiny arugula and spinach leaves sprouting after only a week. On our plates pretty soon we'll have fresh greens still warm from the sun. Enough said.
(Seriously that's all I can say this week. Really busy. I hope to post again by middle of next week. By then the leaves will be picture-worthy.)

All this rain should do wonders for those seedlings! Then - Ah, fresh greens warmed by the sun, a bit of lemon juice and some good bread and wine - perfection!
